• Expansion of park space in South Laguna through purchase of Catalina Lots to expand Village Green

• Location, design, and community input for the proposed replacement of the South Laguna Fire Station

• Improving the Touvet Trail

• Purchase of the South Laguna Community Garden

• Safe and walkable sidewalks along Coast Highway throughout all of South Laguna

• Protection of the Sand Berm at Aliso Creek

• Enhanced safety measures for South Laguna beaches

• Public facilities in South Laguna to reduce tourist impacts, such as trash receptacles, restrooms, and water fountains

• Community input for city proposals to expand public parking or amend parking rules in South Laguna

• ADU development standards in Laguna Beach

• Ban on city-use of Glyphosates for vegetation management

• Protection of the Green Belt

• Protection of the Blue Belt

• Future plans for the Sewer Improvement Project site at 5th Ave.
