About South Laguna Community Garden Park

Since 2009 the South Laguna Community Garden Park has been growing healthy foods, offering educational programs, and bringing people together with group gardening and community events. The garden was built completely by volunteers with the help of community donations. The only community garden in Laguna Beach, it features growing plots available by application, and landscaped areas with native and drought tolerant plants, picnic tables and benches. Maintained by the gardeners at no cost to the public, the park is open to all every day to enjoy. Community members and visitors appreciate the garden, the creativity it exhibits, the plants they see growing, and how it has created a sense of community. We invite you to join us.

The future of the South Laguna Community Garden Park is uncertain until the land is purchased. Acquiring the site of the Garden is at a decision point. Your donations and pledges will send a strong message of community support and assure that funds are in place to complete the purchase of the property. Thank you for your support!
